Stage 1

Application Review

Once we've received your application, a member of our team will review your application against set criteria.  

We'll get in touch to let you know the outcome once this has been completed - please note that this may take a number of weeks depending on the volume of applications received.
Stage 2

Online testing

Once your application has passed the first review stage, we'll invite you to complete a selection of our online assessments.
Stage 3

Teams/Telephone Interview

Once we've reviewed your application, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a short Teams/Telephone interview to find out more about your skills, experience and interest in the role.
Stage 4

Pre AC Invite

Stage 5

Assessment Centre

Successful candidates will be invited to attend a half-day assessment centre.
