Online testing

Once your application has passed the first review stage, we'll invite you to complete a selection of our online assessments.

Stage 2

Teams Interview

The Teams interview will be competency-based, focusing on your experience and interest in the role.

Stage 3

Assessment Centre

The assessment centre will last half a day and include a variation of tasks.

Stage 4

Onsite Interview

This will be a final-stage, on-site interview with two members of the Senior Management Team, held in the office you have applied for.
